First thing to do is verify if the power light is on. I have circled the power button / light below on all the desktops.
These are generally located on the back of your computer monitor.
If the power light is off and will not turn on. Verify the desktops power cord is fully plugged in at 3 different places.
- The back of the desktop
- The large brick half way through the cord
- The wall
After you verified that these are all tight. Try hitting the power button again.
